All positions are on-call, dependent upon weather. Snowfall, ice, freezing rain, blowing and drifting will dictate work hours. It may not be snowing however winter wind can cause drifts and we need to keep driveways, parking lots and sidewalks cleared. If you want to shovel and are only available during specific hours, we will try and accommodate your schedule.  

• Plow drivers- must have experience, valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  
• Shoveler's- no experience required, Shoveler's will shovel snow, and may also, operate a snow blower, operate a 4 wheeler with plow, and salt. 

All positions require reliable transportation to our shop in Columbus. You will then use or ride in company vehicles to job sites. You must be available on-call and reliability is key. 

Snow removal positions can turn into full time, year-round positions or you can choose to work snow only.
